It also owns land and various types of facilities, from warehouses and commercial premises to apartments. The latter are especially noteworthy. As PKP boasts, they are often located in attractive locations and tempt with low prices. The cheapest of them can be bought even for several thousand zlotys, but there is one “catch”. The photos attached to some of the offers published by PKP leave no illusions. Many of the apartments sold by the company are in poor condition and require major renovation. Thanks to this, when buying an apartment in Poznań from Polskie Koleje Państwowe, we will pay even less than PLN 7.4 thousand per square meter. PLN, while most offers in the capital of Wielkopolska start from 9-9.5 thousand. zloty.

Not all premises offered by Polskie Koleje Państwowe are in bad condition. The offer also includes real gems, such as an apartment at ul. Obrzeżna in Warsaw – elegant and modernly equippedwhich you can enter immediately. In this case, however, we cannot count on a significant price reduction compared to the market price.
