Placed in police custody, Aya Nakamura and her companion will be tried in November for “reciprocal violence”

Singer Aya Nakamura and her companion, clip producer Vladimir Boudnikoff, were taken into police custody on Saturday August 6 at the Rosny-sous-Bois police station (Seine-Saint-Denis), for acts of “reciprocal violence”. At the end of their interrogation, the two were given a court summons for “violence by spouse resulting in incapacity for work of less than eight days”, confides a judicial source. They will be tried in November before the Bobigny Criminal Court.

The case begins with an argument that occurred on Saturday within the couple. According to our information, the 27-year-old artist – born in Bamako (Mali) but who grew up in Aulnay-sous-Bois, in the 93 – then left her home and decided to return there accompanied by two friends. When they arrived, Vladimir Boudnikoff allegedly threatened them with a gun. The trio dials 17 and a police patrol, which had also been contacted by the couple’s neighborhood, goes to the residence.

Within the apartment, all the protagonists were arrested and placed in police custody. This lasted only “a few hours”, confides a judicial source.

Three days of ITT for both

A search was then carried out on Sunday at the couple’s home and the police discovered a dummy weapon, a rifle, 14,000 euros and three feet of cannabis. The two friends of the singer, heard, were released. Aya Nakamura and Vladimir Boudnikoff were also examined by doctors from a medico-judicial unit and were each prescribed “three days of temporary incapacity for work (ITT)”, according to a judicial source. The nature of their injuries, however, has not been revealed.

Aya Nakamura had formalized her relationship in 2020 with the producer, who had notably produced the clip for the huge success “Pookie”. After a discreet pregnancy, the young star had revealed to have become a mother for the second time, at the beginning of January.
