Uttara Lanka Federation President Vimal Weerawansa has said that a plan was made to kill former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa when the protesters entered the Fort Presidential Palace.

He said this while participating in a political discussion program held in a Sinhala media.

On the 9th of June, massive protests were held in various places in the country.
