Solovyov wrote: “Due to unfavorable weather conditions, two flights from Moscow of Pobeda and Rossiya airlines were sent to alternate airports (Volgograd and Ulyanovsk). … The situation on the roads is extremely difficult, there are massive congestions on the highways of the region. The movement of heavy trucks in the Saratov, Tatishchevsky, Balashovsky, Kalininsky districts has been suspended until further notice. Passenger traffic has also been suspended. “
According to the official, the special equipment clears the emerging drifts on the roads and removes the snow. The seven-kilometer traffic jam in the Voskresensky district has resolved due to an accident and bad weather conditions.
Yesterday, all drivers leaving the settlements were advised to stock up on fuel, medicines and food for future use.
