The competition takes place in the monthly magazine Blesk Hobby in the period from 3/5/2023 to 25/5/2023. A total of 9 contestants who answer the competition question correctly will win and will be drawn.
Contestants send their answer via SMS to the number 87652 in the form of:
COMPETITION PASSWORD gap TERMINATION gap NAME gap SURNAMES gap ADDRESS gap PSC
ANSWER = the letter under which the correct answer to the competition question is given (so it can be A) or B)).
E.g.: COMPETITION PASSWORD AND JANA NOVAKOVA PRAZSKA 12 OLOMOUC 77900.
THE COMPETITION PASSWORD, the exact wording of the competition question and the variants of the answers to the competition question will be printed in the monthly magazine Blesk Hobby on 5/3/2023.
The time for receiving answers to the competition question is from 0:00 on the first day of the competition to 24:00 on the last day of the competition. The price of an SMS message with delivery receipt corresponds to the price list of individual providers of electronic communications services for SMS messages with delivery receipt sent to the number 87652. For 1.-3. winner: 1x multifunctional BBQ grill Avenberg GENIUS.

The winners will always be published no later than in the 4th following issue of the relevant periodical in which the competition in question was published. The prize will be sent to the winner no later than 30 days after the winner is published in the list of winners in the relevant periodical in which the competition was published, to the address specified by the winner in the prize SMS. If the winner does not collect the prize, the prize will be forfeited to the benefit of CZECH NEWS CENTER as.
In case of doubt, especially if several people apply to send a winning SMS message, the Organizer is entitled to either award the prize to the person who presented the SIM card from which the winning SMS message was sent and signed an affidavit stating that he is the sender of the winning SMS message from the relevant phone number numbers, or condition the release of the prize in addition to meeting the above condition by submitting a written agreement between all such persons on how the prize is to be distributed, within 30 days after the Organizer sends the invitation to submit this agreement by SMS message to the winning SIM card number. If this period expires in vain, the prize will be forfeited to the Organizer. The prize will be handed over no later than 30 days after the conditions for its handover have been met.
For determining the delivery time of the SMS message, the time of receipt of the SMS message in the system for receiving messages operated by the Organizer is decisive. All SMS messages containing the correct answer, which arrived no later than the competition deadline, will be included in the competition. An unlimited number of SMS with the correct answer can be entered into the draw from one phone number or from one competition participant. However, a Contest Participant can only win the Contest once.
Natural persons with permanent residence in the Czech Republic, older than 18 years, can participate in the competition. The organizer is not responsible for non-delivery of SMS messages. By participating in the competition – i.e. by sending an SMS message to the organizer, the contestant accepts these competition rules and undertakes to comply with them. By participating in the game, each participant of the competition also acknowledges that his name, residence and photo may be published in the monthly magazine Blesk Hobby and on the website www.blesk.cz in the event of winning.
The organizer will process the following personal data of the competition participants: name, surname, address, telephone number, answer to the competition question, time of delivery of the SMS message. Information on the processing of personal data is available here.
The game is organized in accordance with the provisions of § 2881 of the Civil Code. The organizer reserves the right to assess disputed situations arising during the competition. Competition winnings are not legally enforceable. If the Organizer discovers that there has been a violation of the rules of the competition and the contestant has taken the prize illegally, such contestant is obliged to return the prize. The organizer also reserves the right to change or supplement the rules of the game or to end the game prematurely. Employees of CZECH NEWS CENTER as and persons close to them are excluded from the competition in the sense of Section 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code.
