Scientists have found in a study that the human brain works more actively when playing against robots.
Florida State University researchers conducted a table tennis competition. In it, researchers fitted helmets with electrodes to monitor the brain activity of humans as they played against robots.
When faced with a tennis ball machine, the neurons and nerve cells in the human brain were moving erratically. In this study they have also reported that the human brain works unusually well.
