Playlists, podcasts, “reels”: how Spotify wants to reinvent itself

The world leader in music streaming presented in its Californian base – its headquarters is in Sweden – the new features of its platform, both for its subscribers and for the artists who supply it with music, podcasts and audio books. Seventeen years after founding Spotify, its CEO, Daniel Ek, announced that it had surpassed 10 million creators and 500 million users in 184 countries and markets, including 205 million premium subscribers. The Swedish giant does not give figures of faithful country by country but, according to our information, it is in the lead in France ahead of Deezer.
