New Delhi: Congress leader Mallikarjuna Kharge has criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech in Parliament as arrogant.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a speech of thanks to the President’s speech. He addressed the Lok Sabha last Wednesday and the Rajya Sabha on Thursday. In this case, the Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha and Congress leader Mallikarjuna Kharge criticized his speech.
Speaking to reporters in Delhi, he said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi is praising himself. He did not answer the questions we raised against this government. He did not talk about unemployment, inflation or the Adani issue. The rupee is depreciating against the dollar. Prime Minister Modi did not speak about this or other issues. He is saying that only he can save the country. This is an arrogant speech,” he said.
