PMU – Arrival of the quinté of Saturday April 2 at Saint-Cloud: Ridwaan puts the cover back

by time news

Decidedly, this week will have been marked by the seal of consecration or confirmations in the quintés disputed in the Hauts-de-Seine. After the first victory at this level of Mr. Xoo on his fourteenth attempt last Tuesday, Ridwaan (n° 7) renewed its mandate by winning the race most prized by racegoers for a second time. Ridden by Stéphane Pasquier, the record holder for the number of victories in these popular confrontations, the resident of Fabrice Vermeulen imposed himself narrowly but surely. To achieve this success, he was leveled up and launched at the right time.

Despite a very good end of the race, Irish Street (n° 10) could not go up the winner but confirmed the form of the stable on which he depends, that of Henri-Alex Pantall, and his stainless jockey, namely Olivier Peslier (49 years old)

Highlighted in our edition of Friday April 1, Lorette Gallo managed to seize the second runner-up in the saddle on Bene Good (#14) at the expense of Have Dancer (#5) and Waldkauz (No. 12), which could have obtained a better ranking with a clearer straight.
