For his last race before the Prix d’Amérique (January 29), of which he will be the favourite, Idao de Tillard (No. 14) signed his 18th success in 25 appearances, winning the Prix de Croix (Group II) at the Paris-Vincennes racecourse. The pupil of Thierry Duvaldestin was not presented in his best configuration but managed to repel all the attacks in the final phase. “We are not winning much today, and that proves that we are not above the others, warns the developer, who signs his hundredth success in fifths. Bet Am (n° 8) confirms its good second place in the Critérium Continental, on December 24, by finishing in fourth place ahead of Idylle Speed (n° 9).
