After an unfortunate act of violence against one of our managers, PNC agents arrested Douglas Edgardo Cevallos Rivas, 25 years old, who when performing a breathalyzer test, showed 157 mg/dl of alcohol in exhaled air.
The incident occurred in a vehicle management device in which the motorcyclist did not attend the stop sign, which is why he was asked for traffic documentation. We ask the population to respect the traffic authority and not to drive under the influence of intoxicating beverages.
