Pockets of broken spirit milk; Loss Agents | Dynamics

by time news

The Dairy Agents’ Association has blamed the huge loss on the ‘Avin’ milk packets distributed in Coimbatore as the milk ‘league’ breaks down.

Three people have recently been ‘suspended’ in connection with various abuses in Coimbatore. Some officers are also under investigation. In this situation, the Dairy Agents Association has accused the milk packets of breaking and becoming a league due to non-performance of the technical work as per the contract.

This problem is especially prevalent in Mettupalayam, Sirumugai, Coimbatore, RS Puram and Sundaresan Lay-out areas. If these milk packets are sold, milk agents and retailers will get a profit of only 37 rupees 50 paise at the rate of one and a half rupees per liter.

But there was a loss of Rs 1,200 as all the pockets became leagues. It is alleged that some of the contracts, including the cleaning of milk cans on the farm, were awarded to a relative of a woman in the spirit’s management department, without qualification.

Similarly, a man who has been working as an engineer in Coimbatore for more than 30 years has been hired by his cousin as a surrogate and contracted by the Dairy Agents Association executives to complain that the work is substandard and is due to milk pockets. Ponnusamy, chairman of the Tamil Nadu Dairy Agents Workers Welfare Association, has lodged a complaint with the Chief Minister and the Dairy Minister.
