Thiruvananthapuram: A psychiatrist in the case of torturing a 13-year-old girl during counseling, Dr. The court found Girish, 58, guilty. Thiruvananthapuram Speedy Special Court Judge R. Jayakrishnan convicted Girish in the case. The parents of the child approached the accused psychiatrist after the school authorities said that he was not paying attention to his studies. At the time of the incident, the accused was a doctor at the Government Mental Health Center.

He abused the child every time he was admitted for treatment. While talking to the child, he kissed the child several times and touched his private parts. The boy was threatened not to tell anyone about this. The boy said this when his parents asked him if he saw that his son was scared. The parents reported the information to Childline.

The tragic incident took place on August 14, 2017. Fort police have registered a case in the incident. In addition, the doctor is accused of raping another child. The trial in the case is not yet complete.

He was also accused of trying to molest a married woman who had come for treatment earlier. The court also found that he had escaped punishment because he had settled the case that day.

12-year-old girl found in hospital with abdominal pain; The relative is in custody

A 21-year-old man has been taken into police custody for raping a 12-year-old girl and making her pregnant. The incident took place at Kottarakkara. The incident came to light when the girl was admitted to the hospital last evening due to severe abdominal pain. As the unbearable abdominal pain continued, the doctors became suspicious. Subsequent examination revealed that the child was pregnant.

The boy said his cousin, a 21 – year – old man, repeatedly abused him while he was being counseled. With this, the police took the youth into custody.

The victim and the accused youth live in adjoining houses in the same colony. The accused is the son of the girl’s mother’s sister. The Dalit girl is a member of a financially backward family.
