Lotad, the Water Weed Pokemon, can be found in various locations situated around ponds and rivers throughout Kitakami. These locations include the Wistful Wilds, the crescent-shaped pond; Infernal Pass, the lower grassy area down the mountain; Kitakami Wilds; and Kitakami Hall, the area behind the hall.
Lombre, the evolved form of Lotad, can also be found near ponds and rivers, although they are much rarer. These Pokemon appear in slightly different locations, such as the Wistful Wilds, Kitakami Wilds, and the Timeless Woods. Players should keep a sharp eye out for Lombre while exploring these areas.
However, Ludicolo, the final evolution of Lotad, cannot be found in the wild in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. To add Ludicolo to their team, players will need to evolve a Nuzleaf, another Pokemon from the same evolutionary line.
To evolve Lotad into Lombre, players simply need to level up Lotad to level 14 by taking it into battle or using Exp. Candies.
