Police arrested Tom Caspi, a 36-year-old resident of Ramat Gan, on suspicion of committing sexual offenses on a two-year-old toddler and her 11-year-old sister in the northern region. His investigation revealed that Caspi sexually assaulted several other minors and police are asking for the public’s help in locating more victims.

Upon receipt of the complaint, an investigation was opened involving a child investigator from the Ministry of Labor and Welfare and the suspect was arrested. During the investigation of the suspect by the Israel Police, additional cases were discovered in which the suspect committed sexual offenses on a number of minors in the northern region. The suspect’s detention was extended in the Magistrate’s Court in Haifa until next Wednesday 13/4/22 and the investigation continues.
