Kannur: KPCC president K. Police notice to Sudhakaran. The Kannur Collectorate has issued a notice to Sudhakaran warning him that there is a possibility of an attack on the police in March and that action will be taken in case of violence. The notice was issued by the Kannur City Assistant Commissioner to Sudhakaran this morning.
The organizers had earlier said that K Sudhakaran would inaugurate the march. But the program was changed yesterday evening. K. Sudhakaran is going to Thiruvananthapuram and Sudhakaran is inaugurating the protest which is being held at the secretariat. It was against this background that the notice was issued to Sudhakaran. During the march, stones and bottles may be thrown at the police and at the collectorate compound. Precautions should be taken to prevent such violence. The notice states that if the violence is not stopped, legal action will be taken against you as the inaugural speaker of the march.
