The police have registered a case against Aarudhra Gold Company and its directors, arresting eight people. Harish, one of the company’s directors, is the ninth person to be arrested. He received investments of Rs.210 crores for the company in two years but went into hiding when the police began their investigation. Harish purchased approximately 30 properties with the investment money. He filed for anticipatory bail at the Madras High Court but was dismissed, resulting in Harish’s fugitive period. He fled to Puducherry, Mumbai, and Delhi. The BJP included Harish, a fugitive, in the welcoming party for Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Chennai, where he was appointed as the state secretary of the BJP’s sports and skill development wing on June 3rd. During this time, Harish became acquainted with actor and filmmaker RK Suresh, and it is said that there was a monetary transaction between them. Suresh reportedly produced a film with the money received from Harish. Suresh held a grand family event in a private hotel near Annamalai, but he is said to have already left for Dubai. Harish was arrested on his way to Chennai from Bangalore on the 24th near Vellore District Arcot Mel Visharam. He disclosed information about the case, leading the police to plan to interrogate Suresh.
Prosecution

But he went absconding after the police intensified their investigation. After getting this much investment, he has bought about 30 properties in his name and in the name of his relatives.
anticipatory bail
Kai has also planned to escape from the investigation of this case. On May 13 last year, he filed a petition seeking anticipatory bail in the Madras High Court. But the court dismissed the petition. After this, his exile period began. He has fled to various states like Puducherry, Mumbai, Delhi. However, the police did not stop pursuing him. Then another incident happened.
