Political scientist’s reminder to Lithuanians apathetically watching the elections: even voting for the smallest evil is better than simply not coming

As the municipal elections are approaching, political scientist, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) lecturer Rima Urbonaitė emphasizes that voting is a particularly important form of civic will, even in the case when a citizen does not know who to vote for. According to her, even voting for the least evil is better than simply not coming. At the same time, she admits that the responsibilities of citizens do not end with voting, and the public still lacks work here.
