The Bangladesh Cricket Board⁢ (BCB) has expressed concern over ⁣the⁢ recent⁣ political upheaval⁤ that​ led to the collapse of the government. However, ⁣selector‍ Abdur Razzak maintains that politics does not influence​ cricket.

“I⁣ am sure, usually politics does not⁢ have much influence‍ in‌ cricket,” Razzak said before Bangladesh ‘A’ team’s visit to Pakistan on Friday (August 9) morning. ⁤”Because cricket moves ​at the speed of cricket. ​The⁤ challenge‌ is actually cricket.”
