Manhattan, USA. Pollo Campero has expanded its flavor in the United States by recently opening its first restaurants in the heart of Manhattan, New York.

The first restaurant is located at 601 Eighth Avenue, near Port Authority, and the second at 966 Sixth Avenue, in Herald Square. Both points of sale are located in areas with a high flow of people in the “Big Apple”, which will allow Sabor Campero to reach more consumers in the United States.

The General Director of Campero USA, Luis Javier Rodas, said that the projections of the CIM group to which the company belongs are to install 200 restaurants in the United States by 2025.

Campero opened his first New York restaurant in Corona Queens in 2004 and currently has 12 locations in the area. CMI attributes most of its success to the quality of its products, its warmth as a family business and its passion to serve its customers, which has been a key differentiating factor.

Over the next three years, the multilatina plans to invest US$1.8 billion throughout the region, of which US$190 million will be used to expand the Pollo Campero brand and reach more homes in the United States.

The warmth of the service, a varied menu, the omnichannel strategy promoted by its App and the opening of new restaurants have been decisive for the success of the brand in the United States, with technology being an important ally to improve the customer experience. Currently, Campero has 90 points of sale in that country.
