The trend of renting a swimming pool for a few hours emerged during the Covid-19 crisis. And since then, it has attracted new enthusiasts every day in search of quiet swimming in unspoiled places.
Internet platforms for booking
To book, Rachel Zeitoun went through platforms between individuals. Internet sites which, in a few clicks, allow you to rent your swimming pool. In their premises in Toulon (Var), the employees of the Swimmy application manage more and more reservations. The application already forecasts more than 6,000 swimming pool reservations in the Var for this season. A trend that is also spreading to other departments further north, such as Burgundy, and even Île-de-France.
