The Revival Building 14 in Tel Aviv will hold a nightly creative marathon on Israeli Recycling Day in which 30 artists, designers and creators will take part. During the marathon that will last 14 hours, the artists will create with industrial waste materials produced by the workshops and industry in the complex, and bring them to life into works of art. At the end of the night marathon on December 9, the works will be presented in a pop-up exhibition and the building’s gates will be opened to the general public who are invited to visit and enjoy the works and even choose their favorite work, which will be purchased by the Menarv Group and the reality group that owns the Revival Building 14.

In addition to the exhibition, the audience is invited to take part in a variety of events: the artists and craftsmen on site will open their doors and host the audience in a variety of workshops, lectures and joint creation. The ‘Fleece Art’ studio will hold a fleece production workshop, ‘Studio 1220’ will hold a ceramics workshop, ‘Contra Studio’ with painting on a human canvas [קעקועים], and a carpentry workshop at the Estabile Carpentry. In this building that was built in the 1960s, there are about 44 different and diverse businesses from traditional workshops, studios for artists from a variety of disciplines, social and cultural spaces and technological production plants that are among the most advanced in the world. Each of the different businesses has unique and interesting waste, such as: aluminum shavings, industrial stencils, different types of plastic, cardboard and paper, iron, wood, sponge and more.
