“Do not forget: the apostolate of the ears. Listen, listen… It sounds boring, sometimes, but for the person speaking it is a caress from God through you. And pharmacists are that close, outstretched hand that not only passes medications, but also transmits value and closeness.”
The Holy Father affirmed that it is not just a profession, but a “vocation,” and therefore encouraged them to have patience, which he referred to as “the litmus test of love.”
