“This is how she, so small, was able to do so much good: reflecting, like a drop, the love of God. And if, sometimes, looking at her and other saints, we come to think that they are inimitable heroes, let us think of that little drop and remember that we too are called to reflect the love of God in the world.”
He explained that this can be achieved by “taking the first step, as God does with us: without waiting for others to move, without waiting for the world, society and the Church to change, without waiting or seeking recognition.”
“Thinking about the love of God that always precedes us, we can ask ourselves: am I grateful to the Lord, who is the first to love me? Do I meet Him every day to let Him transform me?”
