After the public complaint made by “La Comadre” against her former representatives, that they kept all the money generated with her image and that they barely gave her “a penny”, now a lawsuit is coming.
“La Comadre” referred to her former representatives as “Pepita” and “Pepito,” whom she considered her family, but they ended up taking advantage of her, she said in two videos she published.
The lawyer for those who are believed to be “Pepita” and “Pepito,” Victor Casanova, spoke tonight on behalf of the accused. “To file a complaint, evidence is needed,” he began by saying. And he added that they do have the evidence to take legal action.
“We urge Jorge Duarte, alias La Comadre, to immediately cease defamation against my clients Germán Hirschfeld and his wife,” said the lawyer.
She also called for “an immediate end to the demonstrations that constitute psychological, telematic and media violence that offend Belén’s dignity as a woman.”
“La Comadre” had said that “Pepita” even used her for her nonsense, mentioning that once she made him travel to Ciudad del Este with her and that it was not for any work, but simply to justify his trip, because the real reason was to see “someone else.”
“We have contracts, invoices and all the necessary documentation to refute everything stated, including rental contracts and other amenities paid for by my clients,” said attorney Casanova.
