Conmebol, chaired by Paraguayan Alejandro Domínguez, decided to open a disciplinary file against the Uruguay coach, Argentine Marcelo Bielsa, for the tremendous “shooting” he carried out towards the matrix of South American football during the 2024 Copa América that was played in the United States.
