Por Mi Pueblo bets on “efficient management” in Marbella compared to that of the PP – LOCAL

Por Mi Pueblo held its central campaign event this Saturday in Marbella in which the candidate, Francisco Gómez, has opted for “efficient management” in the City Hall. He considers that the one carried out by the mayoress, Ángeles Muñoz, is characterized by “a lot of marketing and little execution”, unlike that of nearby municipalities, also of the PP, such as Estepona.

In a room in the Alfil building, before a hundred people, Por Mi Pueblo has presented its project for Marbella, with the presence of provincial officials from the party.

His electoral program will focus on “providing solutions to the real needs of Marbella”.

And it is that the first part of the intervention of the candidate, Francisco Gomezhas focused on criticizing the management of Ángeles Muñoz and comparing it with other PP towns such as Estepona, Fuengirola or Malaga capital.

“Is a very improvable managementother neighboring municipalities governed by the PP advance, while Marbella remains stagnant”, he said.

He has spoken that the mayoress is dedicated to “an endless number of announcements, which are mere occurrences” and has added that it is “much marketing and poor execution“.

“It is an erratic management, without a clear roadmap”, he has said and has criticized that in works such as the expansion of the Las Albarizas emergency room “There is only one fence because no one is working inside.”

In economic matters, he regretted that Marbella had 400 million euros of debt when Muñoz arrived and “to date not even half has been amortized”.

Besides, the debt with banks has grown by more than 50 million”, something that happens to “assume investments from the Board”.

Faced with this situation, he has indicated that Por Mi Pueblo will carry out “more efficient management”, in which he highlights his bet on housingwith rental apartments for 450 euros.

In terms of urban planning, he has spoken of creating a department of “express licenses” to expedite the procedures.

It is also committed to parking with a first phase of 1,500 spaces and in sports it proposes to build the new stadium outside the center of the city and allocate the current plot of the Lorenzo Cuevas to base sport.
