These juicy pork chops with fragrant vinegar and sage sauce take no more than 30 minutes.
Procedure
– To make pork chops with vinegar and sage sauce, first season the chops with salt and pepper and brush them with half the olive oil.
– Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat until it burns.
– Grill the steaks for 7-8 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown, but still juicy inside.
– Take them out of the pan and leave them on a plate, covered with aluminum foil to stay warm.
