According to foreign media reports, Portugal will issue a currency coin in honor of 5-time Ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to reports, this particular coin will have Ronaldo’s picture and his name and shirt number ‘CR7’ embossed on it.
The special feature of this coin is that this coin with Ronaldo’s name will be accepted as currency across the country.
It should be noted that Cristiano Ronaldo recently became the first footballer in the world to score 900 goals in his professional career.

Ronaldo scored 131 goals (most international goals by any player) while playing for Portugal.

Apart from this, Ronaldo has scored 68 goals for his current club Al Nasr while scoring 5 goals for Lisbon.
