Possession of nuclear materials without permission: Saudi public prosecution to be prosecuted

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Public Prosecution issued a warning against those who possess nuclear materials without obtaining permission. Authorities said those who cause death or serious injury to a person or cause serious damage to property or the environment will be fined up to 30 million riyals. They will also get 10 years imprisonment.

Possession, use, transfer, alteration, adjustment or disposal of nuclear material without a license is also a punishable offence.
