Postal sorting center now in the head of Artemisa

In the presence of Mayra Arevich Marín, member of the Central Committee and Minister of Communications, and Pablo Julio Pla Feria, president of Correos de Cuba, the Provincial Postal Sorting Center was inaugurated.

This space located in the main city, will facilitate the distribution of parcels with greater agility and fuel savings. The previous one was located in San Antonio de los Baños, an issue that made it difficult to trace routes and slowed down the process.

Tailyn Castillo Medinilla, general director of the Cuban Post Office in Artemisa, specified that this was a desire of the company and thanked those who were involved in the construction tasks.

Likewise, he highlighted that this postal sorting center is part of a group of actions planned by the company to improve its work, while the president of Correos de Cuba urged them to continue contributing to the Cuban economy.

At the inauguration ceremony, Lázaro Manzano Zamora, director of the General Insurance Company; Yuri Vargas Nápoles, territorial director of ETECSA; and to the workers of Correos Ariel Márquez Beltrán and Luis Orley Pérez Barroso, prominent in the culmination of the work.

They were accompanied by Alexander Valdés Valdés, a member of the Provincial Bureau of the Party, and Ricardo Concepción Rodríguez, governor of Artemisa.
