This, after the IDF bombed the tunnel where he was staying with other terrorists in Nusirat in the center of the Gaza Strip about a week ago.
On Saturday night, the Israeli Air Force attacked a compound containing several buildings – with a tunnel connecting them below the surface. Issa stayed in this tunnel. Although the IDF estimates with high probability that the top official of the murderous terrorist organization was killed by the bomb, which penetrated several tens of meters underground, Hamas neither confirmed nor denied the rumors.

Defense Minister Yoav Galant hinted at the elimination of number 3 in the murderous terrorist organization in a conversation with the General Staff Forum at the beginning of the week. “There have been successes, including in the last few days and there will be more successes – the action is consistent and going in the right direction,” he said.

Issa is known as one of the most dangerous and brutal terrorists. He was responsible for the actual planning of many terrorist attacks in Israel’s homeland – but throughout the years he kept a low media profile and rarely appeared in public.
