As we have seen in other winter systems, residents in several neighborhoods in Haifa are reporting a prolonged power outage tonight (Monday).
In the Carmel Castle, residents also reported a power outage, but as of this time, the power has returned.
The electricity company stated that this is a malfunction caused by high voltage and the treatment is expected in about an hour.
