jpnn.com – NORTH PENAJAM PASER – Acting Regent of North Penajam Paser, East Kalimantan, Makmur Marbun asked Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) to prioritize the quality of service to the community.
PPPK can contribute to development if its performance is optimal.
“The optimal performance of PPPK greatly contributes to district development because they are the driving force of government,” said Makmur Marbun in Penajam, quoted from Antara.
Makmur Marbun said that PPPK is not only part of the bureaucracy, but also actors who are able to realize the vision and mission of Penajam Paser Utara Regency, especially those who work in sectors with certain expertise and competencies.
The statement was delivered by the Acting Regent of Penajam Paser Utara during a socialization to PPPK in the district’s work environment.
It was emphasized that all PPPK within the Penajam Paser Utara Regency Government are required to carry out their duties with full responsibility.
PPPK are also asked to understand their rights and obligations, as well as the regulations that must be adhered to when carrying out their duties.
“PPPK needs to strengthen coordination and cooperation between employees in supporting district development programs,” said Makmur Marbun.
Remember, Government Employees with Work Agreements or PPPK are not just part of the bureaucracy.
