jpnn.com – JAKARTA – Government employee teachers with work agreements (PPPK) gave a positive response to the government’s plan to move the state civil apparatus (ASN) to the Indonesian capital (IKN). The PPPK teachers even want to move to IKN for various reasons.
Chairman of the State Honorary Teachers Forum for All Indonesian Passing Grades (FGHNLPSI) Heti Kustrianingsih expressed her great desire to move to IKN.
One of them is that Hesti is not only tempted by large allowances, but also wants to be a pioneer in IKN.
“It’s very proud to be a pioneer teacher at IKN. There are many challenges,” said Heti to JPNN.com, Friday (29/3).
Heti admitted that she wanted to work hard first so that she could prosper. After years of working as an honorary teacher with minimal salary, when he graduated from PPPK 2023 and there were plans to transfer ASN to IKN, Heti became interested. “I really want to go to IKN, there are lots of benefits too, rather than working abroad, right,” he said.
Nur Baitih, PPPK 2021 teacher is also interested in IKN. One of Nur Baitih’s reasons was that she wanted to find a new atmosphere. Nur believes that the city of Jakarta is too crowded, so he needs new challenges.
He realized that IKN was not as advanced as Jakarta.
However, Nur is confident that it will develop into a green and smart city.
