PPP’s Bilawal Bhutto Zardari: Pakistan’s election is a pre-determined farce

Islamabad: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the prime ministerial candidate of the Pakistan People’s Party, said that the election in Pakistan is a pre-determined farce and it is a mockery of the people. He alleged that former prime minister and leader of Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Nawaz Sharif was not active in campaigning because he secured victory with the support of the army and government machinery.

The general election is on February 8. His main opponent, former Prime Minister Imran Khan, is in jail. He is not allowed to contest.
