Yesterday, head coach Igor Stimach announced the 24-member squad for the tri-nation football friendly tournament, which also included Singapore and Vietnam teams. The 24-member squad includes four Kerala Blasters FC players. India will travel to Vietnam on September 20 with a 23-member team. India’s matches are Singapore on September 24 and Vietnam on September 27. Harmanjot Singh Khabra in defense, Jackson Singh, Sahal Abdul Samad in midfield, K. P. Rahul and four members from Kerala Blasters FC are included in the 24-member squad of the Indian national team.

Five players, including Prabhsukhan Singh Gill, were not considered for the national camp due to injuries. Laxmikant Kattimani, Rahul Becke, Suresh Singh and Rahim Ali along with Prabhsukhan Gill were not considered for the national camp due to injuries.
It is not clear how serious Prabhsukhan Singh Gill’s injury is. There are three more goalkeepers in the Kerala Blasters FC squad as substitutes Karanjeet Singh, Sachin Suresh and Muheet Shabir.
