jpnn.comJAKARTA – Secretary General of the Central Executive Board (BPP) of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (Hipmi) Anggawira assessed that Prabowo Subianto’s Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program could create a new economic ecosystem in villages.

The program is claimed to grow agro-industry in rural areas.

Anggawira conveyed this at a sharing discussion event with the theme ‘Unraveling the Prabowo-Gibran Government’s Homework to Empower and Develop MSMEs’ which was held in Jakarta, Thursday (24) evening.

“This will create an ecosystem that can support, open up job opportunities and also open up agro-industry in rural areas,” said Anggawira.

According to him, the MBG program not only aims to provide nutritious food to school children, but will also encourage the development of the agricultural and industrial sectors in rural areas.

Because, the demand for agricultural products is said to increase.
