Sayid Ahmad bin Zaini Dahlan in the book “Afdhalus Shalawat ‘ala Sayyidis Sadat” mentioned that salawat Badawi Kubro or also called salawat Nuroniyah has many virtues and privileges.
“Anyone reading this salawat after Maghrib and Fajr prayers three times, he will be able to see many hidden secrets, with Allah’s permission,” he said.
The Nuroniyah salawat is a salawat composed by Sayid Ahmad Al-Badawi, because of that, this salawat is also called the Badawi Kubro salawat.
As for Nuroniyah’s salawat lafadz, they are as follows;
O Allah, bless and grant peace and blessings upon our master and master Muhammad, the root tree of light, the splendor of the Rahmanian fist, and the best of the best. For the human creation, the most honorable of the physical form, the mine of the divine secrets, and the treasury of the classical sciences. The faction of the owner of the original grip, the Sunni delight, and the lofty rank of those under whose banner the prophets were included are from Peace and blessings be upon him and his family and his companions. God bless you all il ashliyah wal bahjatis saniyah war rutbatil ‘aliyah manin darojatin nabiyyuna tahta liwa-ihi fahum minhu wa ilaihi wa sholli wa sallim wa barik ‘alaihi wa ‘ala alihi wa shohbihi ‘adada ma kholaqta wa rozaqta wa amatta wa ahyaita ila yaumi tab’atsu man afnaita wa sallim tasliman katsiron wal hamdulillahi robbil ‘alamina.
It means: “Oh God, pour out mercy, safety and blessings on our lord and master, the Prophet Muhammad, the plant that comes from light, and the brilliance of the grasp of the Being who is compassionate and the most important of human beings, as noble as the body, the source of divine secrets , the treasure of chosen knowledge, the owner of the grasp of originality, a good luster and a noble degree, all the prophets take shelter under his banner, so the prophets originate from him and to him they return. And shower mercy, safety and blessings on Prophet Muhammad and all his family and friends as much as Your creation and sustenance, which You put to death and You bring to life until the day when all that You have destroyed is resurrected. Give as much security as possible until the Day of Resurrection. And all praise be to God, the Lord of the universe.”
