The National Team is in the final of the Pre-Olympic Competition. They dominated Slovenia from the opening minute, winning 96-68 in full SEF and tomorrow (7/7, 9pm) they will face the winner of the Croatia vs Dominican Republic match for a place in Paris 2024!
The first phase of the Greek team in the game was great. 13-0 speaks volumes about how he built the floor. Greece continued at the same pace as Antetokounmpo – Kalathis passing the baton to Walkap and Papanikolaou and from there to Mitoglou, who scored 29-14 (9’30”). Papagiannis was the one who put the difference again over 20 points (62-41, 26′), and Slovenia was finding classic solutions with the Nembo-Doncic duo (64-47, 29’30”) and in second to hit her fifth 3-pointer of the contest for 66-50 at the end of the third period.
Toliopoulos’ run and three – Larentzakis inspired the field and led the difference to +29 (82-53, 33′) and the latter added the difference to +30 (88-58, 37′), before the curtain fell with the final
