by time news
It’s been almost 15 years since theCrysis The first brought even the most powerful computers to their knees and nine years after the last game in the series, Crysis 4 It was officially announced, following a leak on the Chinese social media platform, Bilibili. Game developer Crytek Has released a short teaser trailer, which includes a teaser of the nano suit structure, very similar to the shape the first title in the series showed the suit at the beginning of the game (for those who remember).

Crytek CEO, Jerley stones, Says that while Crysis 4 is still in the early stages of development, the studio wanted to reveal the title early on to show fans that the team is working to create “The first-person shooting game, which is really being developed for the next generation of consoles.” Unfortunately, there is still no information on a roadmap for development or even an expected release year, though Yirley says the studio will release more details “when possible”.

Although the Crysis trilogy is often well remembered, much of its legacy is dominated by the reputation of the first game in the series that required a powerful gaming computer to look its best and even then computers failed to run the game at the highest settings.

“Can it run Crysis?” Has become one of the most famous gems of the gaming world. The two sequels to the first game received less graphic work due to their release to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles which were significantly weaker than the PC. As a result the sequels were less impressive and while the story and gameplay of the first title was replaced by a more linear and boring style.

Crysis 4 was indeed released for the PC and current generation consoles, the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series, but it seems that the game will be released at least by the end of 2023. It will be intriguing to see if Crytek really manages to bring back the magic of the former.
