This according to data shared by the Real Estate Council of the Tijuana Tourism and Convention Committee (Cotuco), who indicated that they would be generating an economic spill on the order of 262 million 765 thousand dollars.
The head of the paramunicipal, Arturo Gutiérrez Sánchez, highlighted that the type of specialized service that these projects have is focused on plastic surgeries, bariatric surgeries, medical assistance, post-operative recovery, among others.
We have reached the point that the current medical buildings have been overcrowded due to the growing demand for surgeries in the municipality, so the rest of the Coastal Zone has the potential to house medical towers.”

The president of Cotuco Tijuana He added that, according to data collected by the Real Estate Council, of the 10 projects that would be taking shape, 4 of them are in Tijuana, 4 in Playas de Rosarito and 2 in Ensenada.
The locations of the buildings, he mentioned, would be found in Playas de Tijuana, the Scenic Highway KM 17, Fraccionamiento Real del Mar, the Rosarito and Convention Center, Baja Malibú, Baja Mar and Playitas in Ensenada.
“Not only are they moving to the Coastal Area because of the logistical appeal of being in front of the sea, but also because in the central area of Tijuana there is no longer as much space or prices to develop them,” said Gutiérrez Sánchez.
In this type of projects, the public accountant and real estate advisor, Aldo Castillo Ponce, considered that it is the correct route since the cities, especially Tijuanaare dollarized by the US market.
