President Ibrahim Traoré wishes a good celebration of the resurrection of Christ to the entire Christian community in Burkina Faso
Ouagadougou, April 8, 2023 (AIB)- On this Easter solemnity, the President of the Transition, Captain Ibrahim Traoré wished this Saturday on his Twitter account, “a good celebration of the resurrection of Christ to the entire Christian community in Burkina Faso “.
« On this Easter Solemnity, I wish a happy celebration of the Resurrection of Christ to the entire Christian community in Burkina Faso,” Transition President Captain Ibrahim Traoré wrote on his Twitter account on Saturday.
“I have a pious thought for the valiant fighting forces and the Internally Displaced Persons due to terrorism”, continued Captain Ibrahim Traoré.
The Head of State wished “that the light of the risen Christ visit hearts and strengthen our bonds of love and fraternity so that peace, security and prosperity reign for the great happiness of all Burkinabè”.
Captain-President Ibrahim Traoré’s Twitter account was created on 1is last April and the message of the day, is the second written by the Head of State.
This message from the Head of State comes on the eve of the Easter holiday scheduled for tomorrow Sunday after 40 days of Christian fasting.
