PRESIDENT Joko Widodo wished Muslims all over Indonesia a happy fasting month. The remarks were shared by him through his Instagram social media account @Jokowi.

“Marhaban ya Ramadan. Welcome to the month of Ramadan, a month full of grace, reward and forgiveness. Happy fasting for all Muslims,” ​​said the President as written in a statement uploaded to his Instagram social media account @jokowi monitored in Jakarta, Wednesday ( 22/3).

In his social media account, the President has included an illustrative photo depicting the hustle and bustle of urban community activities ahead of breaking the fast.

Previously, Indonesian Vice President Ma’ruf Amin also wished him a happy pilgrimage during the holy month of Ramadan 1444 Hijri through a video.

The Vice President said that Ramadan is not only to quench thirst and hunger, but also to improve self-quality to be better.
