President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement on the occasion of International Holocaust Day. “Today, as always, Ukraine honors the memory of the millions of victims of the Holocaust. We know and remember that indifference kills together with hatred. Indifference and hatred are always capable of creating evil only together. That is why it is so important that everyone who values life shows determination when it comes to saving those whom hatred seeks Destroy. An eternal memory for all the victims of the Holocaust!”, he said in a video he filmed for the occasion. As I recall, Zelensky himself is Jewish and comes from a family of Holocaust survivors.
