Tirupur: The President’s award will be given to those who work effectively in the security forces and police. Similarly, the President’s flag is given to honor the army and police personnel. Nine state policemen including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Jammu and Kashmir have already been given this flag. Currently, Tamil Nadu Police has been awarded the President’s Flag as the tenth state.
