To avoid the hassle of adulteration and to feed pure ghee to their families, women make ghee from cream. But it takes time along with hard work. However, to make the work easier, today we are going to show you the trick of pressure cooker.
First remove the butter
To adopt the trick of extracting ghee easily, you will first have to store the cream and keep it in the refrigerator. When a lot of cream has collected then take out butter from it. For this, put the stored cream in a clean vessel. Now churn the cream with hands or any churning object. Within a short time, water will start releasing from it like buttermilk and the butter will separate.
How to extract ghee in pressure cooker
After taking out the butter, now keep the pressure cooker on the gas to heat. After this, add butter in the cooker, during this the butter will melt in a few minutes. Let it boil and keep stirring occasionally. Now add half a cup of water and mix well and cover the lid.
The work will be done in 2 whistles
After following all the steps, you have to reduce the gas flame to medium. Turn off the gas as soon as 2 whistles come. After releasing the steam from the pressure cooker, remove the lid and try. With this, it will be prepared easily and in less time at home. You can filter the ghee through a strainer and store it in a jar or bottle.

If you want, you can adopt another trick, for this add some water to the cooker and add the cream. After putting it on gas, mix it well. Cover the cooker with lid and whistle for two-three whistles. After the steam comes out of the cooker, when you open the lid, you will see ghee floating. Turn on the gas once again and cook for 4-5 minutes. After some time you will see that the ghee will completely separate from the cream, which can be stored.
