At the beginning of 2021, Next Insurance acquired 50% of the placement company Link2USA And today (Sunday) appoints the founder and CEO, Sivan Avihud to Global VP of People of the company. Avihud will lead the growth processes of the company’s recruitment and human capital departments in the United States and Israel.
Avihud established the placement company in 2009 Link2USA After 15 years of experience in the field of echo hunting in Israeli and American high-tech companies. The company specializes in locating talented employees in the American high-tech giants and recruiting them to Israeli startups that have expanded their operations to the United States.
After years of working together, Next Insurance acquired half of the placement company with the thought that the recruitment capabilities should be put into the organization and less reliant on outside companies.
