Al-Marsad newspaper: Meredy Birdie, a cancer nutritionist in London, revealed breakfasts rich in fiber that can help prevent colon cancer.

Birdie said that a bowl of oatmeal with berries, nuts and seeds is a strong option for protecting against cancer.

Byrdie suggested a typical breakfast consisting of 40 grams of oats with 300 ml of milk, a handful of berries, 1 tablespoon of chopped mixed nuts (such as almonds or walnuts), and 1 tablespoon of mixed seeds (such as chia seeds, flax seeds, or pumpkin seeds).

She added that yogurt can be eaten with fruit in the morning, as yogurt contains a high percentage of protein, calcium and probiotics, which helps feed the “good” gut bacteria, according to the British newspaper “Daily Mail”.

She added: Eat grilled vegetables with halloumi cheese as another healthy option, in addition to eggs and avocado. She recommends a tablespoon of olive oil, 30 grams of halloumi cheese, an egg or two, half an avocado, a handful of cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh spinach.
