The headquarters of PIMEC in Girona hosted this Wednesday the second session of the cycle of conferences on health and well-being aimed at people autonomous The president of PIMEC Autònoms, Elisabet Bach, has remarked on the need to “make self-employed people aware that we have to prioritize ourselves, that we can get sick and that, for this reason, prevention is very important, to take care of ourselves and take care of our business.”
The aim of these days, which began in Lleida with a session on nutrition, is give self-employed professionals tools to take care of their well-being at all levelsas detailed by the employer.
The second day in Girona had the interventions of the physical educator and dietitian, Astrid Barqué and the physiotherapist, osteopath and psychologist, Carme Surós. In addition, the professionals enjoyed a networking-tasting of local products and rapid health tests were carried out by the Fundació de Farmàcies de Catalunya FEFAC.
The PIMEC Autònoms agora, which has been organized with the support of the Department of Business and Labor of the Generalitat de Catalunya, will end on November 30 with a session on emotional well-being at the PIMEC Tarragona headquarters.
